The POC Spine VPD System Comp Back Vest is a dedicated back protector for skiers who demand the highest quality back protection. Based on POC's patented VPD (Visco-Elastic Polymer Dough) technology, it adapts to body temperature, making the protector extremely flexible while meeting the highest level 2 certification standards (1621-2).
The fabric utilizes monofilament threads and a Kevlar-reinforced layer to provide a penetration-resistant zone around the spine, as well as maximum abrasion resistance. The design also ensures a very versatile protector with extreme ventilation channels and flexibility, making the vest extremely comfortable to wear all day. Designed with a tailored fit, the protector also has a low weight due to its seamless finish.
