The next generation of the Falcor pushes the boundaries of snowboard binding design and introduces the future of sustainable materials at Union. This high-performance freeride/freestyle binding is built specifically for Travis’s aggressive riding style and is ready to tackle the steepest and most technical lines.

The binding features significant heel-to-toe flex, making it incredibly responsive with fast turn initiation. The reduced lateral flex, thanks to the mini disk, prevents the board from stiffening underfoot and allows it to flex naturally—delivering a freestyle-friendly feel, which is exactly what Travis needs despite the binding's responsiveness.

Union joins the global shift towards sustainability and environmental responsibility. The Falcor utilizes Duraflex Blue, a new eco-friendly material.
90% of this compound is sourced from sustainable inputs—bio-waste, renewable energy, and recycled materials. The result is a material that performs flawlessly in low temperatures while reducing CO2 emissions by over 60% compared to traditional production methods.

  Traditional baseplates are made from a single material layer with uniform stiffness. Union’s dual-layer baseplate construction features a Core and a Frame, each with different materials and flex characteristics, allowing for a more customized ride feel.

  A brand-new core design using the Direct Connect Mini Disk system—stiff and highly responsive for the fastest energy transfer Union has ever achieved. Made from eco-friendly Duraflex Blue.

• BASE FRAME: Asymmetrical Halo Base Frame
  This asymmetrical frame is softer and more flexible than traditional Union baseplates, providing enhanced lateral movement and freestyle flex. It also serves as the structural connection between the core, heelcup, footbed, and straps. Constructed from eco-friendly Duraflex Blue.

• CUSHIONING: Asym Molecular Bushing
  Molecular bushings are more durable and absorbent than traditional heat-molded EVA foam. Acting like a suspension system, they reduce vibrations from hard snow. The new asymmetrical shape boosts freestyle flex and supports natural inward movement during turns.

• HIGHBACK: Asym Forged Hybrid Highback
  A blend of Duraflex Blue and Italian Forged Carbon Fiber, designed to match Travis Rice’s aggressive and stylish riding. The carbon spine provides instant edge control, while the nylon frame offers freestyle flex and comfort. An updated asymmetric shape follows the natural leg angle for a more anatomical fit and increased lateral flex. 10% lighter than previous Falcor generations.

• ANKLE STRAPS: Hybrid 1.0 Ankle Strap
  Instant response meets all-day foot comfort. The Hybrid 1.0 combines a responsive Exoframe outer structure with a soft and flexible Forma inner padding. The new V-shaped cut allows for secure tightening without pressure points. Lightweight, durable, and extremely comfortable—quickly becoming a favorite among Union riders.
